Kaum ist das letzte Werk abgeschlossen, steckt Rechtsanwalt Wonnebauer schon wieder mitten in den Vorbereitungen f\u00fcr sein n\u00e4chstes Buchprojekt. Stillstand kommt f\u00fcr ihn nicht infrage, die Ideen sprudeln, und die Arbeit am neuen Steuerbuch l\u00e4uft bereits auf Hochtouren.<\/p>\n

Noch in diesem Jahr soll das neue Fachbuch erscheinen. Der genaue Erscheinungstermin h\u00e4ngt allerdings noch von entscheidenden Faktoren ab. Den noch ausstehenden Urteilen des Bundesfinanzhofs (BFH) zu den Themen \u00dcberstunden und Beteiligungspr\u00e4mie. Diese Entscheidungen werden ma\u00dfgeblichen Einfluss auf den finalen Inhalt des Buches haben.<\/p>\n

Mit den Urteilen ist jedoch bereits in den kommenden Monaten zu rechnen. Sobald Klarheit herrscht, wird Herr Wonnebauer die letzten Anpassungen vornehmen und dann steht der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung nichts mehr im Weg.<\/p>\n

Dies ist bei dem ein oder anderen Grenzg\u00e4nger m\u00f6glich und rentabel, jedoch nicht bei allen Grenzg\u00e4ngern.
